Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange requests are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items should be returned in their received condition with included parts and packaging when reasonably available.

This store pays return shipping for accepted requests, including preference changes, size or option changes, damaged items, incorrect items, and quality concerns. A prepaid return label is provided after approval. No restocking fee is charged.

After the return is received and inspected, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the payment provider to post it. Exchanges are dispatched after the returned item is accepted.

An order may be cancelled before shipment. Once it has shipped, the regular return process applies.

Custom-made items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from preference-based returns. These exclusions do not limit remedies for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
